Abstract: The study aimed to identify the nature of some psychological variables under study, and the motivation of athletic achievement upon single games players at the University of Jordan, totaling (54) for the player where study was conducted a random sample of (40) players, and the researcher used (4) metrics to measure psychological variables the subject of the study, conducted using appropriate statistical treatment of statistical packages (SPSS). The study results showed the presence of correlation between psychological variables (site settings, psychological stress, and anxiety) and athletic achievement motivation. The study also showed that there was no statistically significant differences between variables under study are attributable to the sex player, as well as the lack of a statistically significant between psychological variables under study are attributable to specialize (human sciences, natural sciences). In light of these findings the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, including: increasing the awareness of coaches’ psychological variables affecting the level of achievement, as well as the appointment of a psychologist for sports teams to improve the level of achievement.
