The objective of this study is to assess the effectiveness of the international funds and support on inmates correction and rehabilitation in order to take advantage of the assessment process in working to maximize the advantages and opportunities of success, and to identify the obstacles or weaknesses in the funding process to avoid or mitigate the subsequent funding. A stratified sample was selected by 10% of the society members (workers and inmates), and 171 questionnaires were distributed according to ratio and proportion in the Correction and Rehabilitation Centers. Then, randomly selection process has been made whether among inmates or working staff in each center. The researcher designed a questionnaire for inmates and working staff at the Correction and Rehabilitation Centers. The validity of the study tool has been verified in its initial image, following the virtual honesty (sincerity of arbitrators), and then the researcher obtained the necessary approval for the Correction and Rehabilitation Center Department for distributing the questionnaire to the inmates and working staff within the Correction and Rehabilitation Centers. The most important findings of the research showed that the grants amounted to about $ 38,6 m in the period 2008-2019. The European Union has contributed to the largest share of these grants. However, some other international grants were political, so that they were frozen or suspended for political reasons. The impact of this support was positive; as the inmates and working staff believed that the impact of this support was positive for each of the four axes (The impact of support on the infrastructure of the Correction and Rehabilitation Center , the impact of support on staff, The impact of support on the inmates of the Correction and Rehabilitation Center, and the impact of support on the community development) and all axes together. All Correction and Rehabilitation Centers (except for the Jericho center) suffer from the problem of overcrowding. Although the Correction and Rehabilitation Centers seeks to develop centers and advance them to meet the international requirements through international funding, these centers are still far from practically implementing most of the international standards, except for the Jericho Center , and need a lot of space, expansion, and VII equipment to be able to correct and rehabilitee inmates in accordance with the contemporary concepts. The most important recommendations of the study are the following: the need for the Department of Correction and Rehabilitation centers to develop a funding strategy that includes several alternatives of funding, activate relations and coordination between the Department of Correction and Rehabilitation Centers and other relevant institutions to assist in the implementation of various correction and rehabilitation programs, as well as there is an urgent need to finance the construction of new Correction and Rehabilitation Centers in the governorates where there are no Correction and Rehabilitation Centersen_US
