Abstract: The study aims mainly at identifying how the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs works for digital diplomacy to promote its policy through its Facebook page, learning about the tools that it uses through digital diplomacy on its Facebook page, presenting the most prominent topics it focuses on through publishing (the agendas) and the context in which these topics are set for page visitors, showing the extent to which Abraham's normalization agreement is reflected on the publishing strategy in terms of content, the extent of the difference in the size of the publishing before and after the agreement, and the extent of interactions (in terms of shares, comments, and likes by the public) with the posts. This study is descriptive and analytical study, and the researcher used the quantitative and qualitative content analysis tool to obtain information to reach the results. The study population was represented by the “Israel Speaking Arabic” page of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The researcher chose the period of the analytical study during three months, and was divided a month and a half before the normalization period from the beginning of July and after the agreement from the beginning of the thirteenth of August to the end of September 2020. The first period was subcategorized into three periods, from the beginning of July to the twelfth of July, from the thirteenth of July to the twenty-seventh of the same month, and from the twenty-eighth of July to the twelfth of August. The study has many results, and the most important of which are: The intensification of the (Arabic-speaking Israel) page in respect to publishing after the normalization agreement (Abraham agreement), where the number of posts came before the agreement is 72 and after the agreement is 104 posts. This shows an increase in publishing of 20%. This is an indication of its quest to attract the widest Arab audience that can be attracted to support normalization with Israel. 152 The results of the study also display that the content related to cultural coexistence and political coexistence overshadowed all other contents by 73%, and this is an indication of the processes of political, humanitarian and coexistence framing that the Arabic-speaking Israeli pages seek. Israel's Arabic-speaking publications relied on publishing an image with text, and the majority of them relied on instantaneous publication after and before the agreement with more than 80.2% in terms of form. The news language related to the content also dominated after and before the normalization agreement (Abraham agreement), and the period after the normalization agreement has the most interaction rates in terms of likes, comments and shares.
