In terms of the study's implications, the researcher believes that the findings can be generalized to the public sector - the civil sector only, because the study did not address the military sector, the study sample was limited to employees in supervisory positions and did not include all government employees, the organization's performance was investigated as a dependent variable; the role of HR strategies in employee performance has not been studied, and finally, for political reasons, government organizations in the Gaza Strip were excluded.
