Abstract: | This thesis is concerned with studying The Impact of Talent Management on Turnover Intention in the information technology (IT) Sector in Palestine. Moreover, to test The Mediating Role of Job security in this relationship. A quantitative approach was applied using a questionnaire, containing 45 items, based on the literature was designed to measure the study constructs. A Convenient sampling technique was used to collect data from (173) respondents from IT companies in Palestine. The study population consists of (800) employees. The results of the study showed a negative impact of talent management practices on employee turnover (α = -0.187, P=.004). moreover, job security partially mediates the impact of talent management practices on turnover intention indirect path (c)= -0.227 The study recommended several recommendations. Mainly encouraging IT companies to apply talent management practices, additionally, Companies need to develop and implement effective policies to promote and increase their employees' job security, consequently reducing their turnover intention. |
