Abstract: The study's primary purpose was to assess the impact of digital transformation on company performance, particularly investigating the potential mediating influence of strategic human resources management on the association between digital transformation and company performance. The study used digital company culture as a moderator between Digital Transformation and company performance. Since the ICT sector comprises IT and telecommunication companies of different sizes and ages, firm age and size were used as control variables. This study was conducted between September 2023 and November 2024. The study population was senior employees and business owners, with a sample size of 364 respondents. The method used in this research was descriptive and explanatory. The hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling and SmartPLS4 to test the study hypotheses. The study's main findings revealed that all the digital transformation dimensions employed in the study significantly impact the performance of ICT companies. Digital Transformation also significantly impacts Strategic HR management, and Strategic HR management impacts company performance. Additionally, it was found that Digital Transformation affects the ICT company's performance through the mediator strategic HR management, and digital corporate culture does not moderate the relationship between DT and company performance. The study's main recommendations were: Palestinian ICT companies must have a digital strategic vision for digital transformation, and evaluate and improve their vision, mission, objectives, and strategies. ICT companies should invest in technology and digital capabilities to drive digital transformation. The ICT sector must increase customer engagement and workforce training. They should also assess their organizational structure and make necessary adjustments to align it with Digital Transformation strategies. They should emphasize the importance of a digital culture. To cultivate a learning culture, leaders must promote regular upskilling and reskilling of employees to remain abreast of contemporary digital trends
