This study aims to analyze the impact of effective communication on enhancing project management success in humanitarian organizations in Palestine, with a field application to NGOs operating in Hebron Governorate. The study stems from the importance of the Palestinian humanitarian context, characterized by political and economic complexity, which poses significant challenges to project management and makes institutional communication a crucial element in achieving efficiency and effectiveness. The study focuses on the dimensions of verbal and nonverbal communication, written communication, and technological communication tools, and their relationship to project success indicators such as adherence to timelines, cost-effectiveness, and quality, in addition to beneficiary satisfaction and project sustainability. The study adopted a mixed-methods approach (quantitative and qualitative) to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between the variables. A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 146 employees working in humanitarian organizations in Hebron Governorate, along with semi-structured interviews to support the quantitative results and deepen their interpretation. The data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods to measure the strength of the relationship between effective communication and project management success, as well as to identify differences related to personal and organizational variables. The results showed a statistically significant positive relationship between communication effectiveness and project management success. The study revealed that the effective use of communication technologies contributes to improved coordination among teams, reduced errors, and enhanced adherence to timelines and budgets. The study also recommended adopting clear institutional policies to foster a culture of internal communication, intensifying communication skills training programs, and developing a supportive technological infrastructure. These measures aim to improve performance efficiency and ensure the sustainability of projects within the Palestinian humanitarian contexten_US
