Abstract: This study aims to explore the impact of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations on job satisfaction among employees in the pharmaceutical industry in Ramallah and Al-Bireh District. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method and the stratified random sample to collect the data from the employees working in the pharmaceutical industry in Ramallah & Al-Bireh District (932 employees). The sample of the study has 129 employees. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed as a tool for data collection. 122 responses were retrieved, the response rate was 94.5%. The SPSS program was used to analyze the data and to test the hypotheses. This study showed that there is a high agreement among employees in the pharmaceutical industry in Ramallah and Al-Bireh District concerning OHS regulations, and high level of job satisfaction between workers. Also, this study showed that there is a significant statistical relationship between the (OHS) regulations and job satisfaction, and a significant statistical effect of the (OHS) regulations on job satisfaction among employees.
