Abstract: Objective: This study examines the impact of Strategic Intelligence (SI) on Competitive Advantage (CA) in the Palestinian banking sector and investigates the moderating role of Organizational Culture (OC) based on the Competing Values Framework (Clan, Adhocracy, Market, and Hierarchy). Method: A quantitative, cross-sectional survey design was adopted. Data collected from 248 respondents in Palestinian banks were analyzed using PLS-SEM, including assessment of measurement model reliability and validity, direct effects, and moderation analysis. Results: The findings indicate that Strategic Intelligence has a strong positive effect on Competitive Advantage. All SI dimensions contribute positively, with partnering emerging as a particularly influential component. The moderation analysis shows that Clan and Adhocracy cultures significantly strengthen the SI–CA relationship, whereas Hierarchy and Market cultures do not demonstrate significant moderating effects. Implications: The study emphasizes the importance of institutionalizing Strategic Intelligence as an integrated organizational capability while fostering collaborative and adaptive cultural practices to maximize competitive outcomes in the banking sector.
