dc.description.abstractThe study aims to demonstrate the impact of the adoption of social responsibility concept on the banking services quality in Islamic banks in Palestine. The study is conducted on in the Islamic banks employees in West Bank in governorates of in Nablus, Tulkarm and Jenin. the study population included a (142) employees, the researcher selected a stratified random sample consisting of (45) employees. in order to achieve the goal of the study, researcher developed a questionnaire consisted of paragraphs that measures the impact of the adoption of social responsibility concept on the banking services quality in Islamic banks in Palestine. the results of the study reveal that there is a statistically significant relationship at the significance level (0.05) between social responsibility and banking services quality with a correlation coefficient of 95%, which indicates a strong correlation. CSR explain 90% of the variance in the of banking services quality. The researcher explains this result in the fact that social responsibility is a natural product of interest in the idea of Islamic banks to apply Islamic law in banking transactions and services , characterized by being subject to the laws cannot be altered or manipulated
