This thesis aims to examine the potential mediation role of job satisfaction in the relationship between employee green motivation (EGM) and employee performance (EP) at banking institutions (quantity of work, quality of work, time of work). The study followed the quantitative, correlation, cross sectional design. The data was obtained from a sample of (352) employees in banking institutions in West bank. The researcher utilized multiple regression method to analyze the relationship among the variables of the study. The study found there is a positive direct effect of EGM on EP. Furthermore, job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between EGM and EP. The main implication of this study that banking institutions in Palestine should diversify their green behavior practices to increase employee job satisfaction thus increasing EP.
