The study followed the quantitative, correlation, cross sectional design. The data was obtained from a sample of (352) employees in banking institutions in West bank. The researcher utilized multiple regression method to analyze the relationship among the variables of the study. The study found there is a positive direct effect of EGM on EP. Furthermore, job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between EGM and EP. The main implication of this study that banking institutions in Palestine should diversify their green behavior practices to increase employee job satisfaction thus increasing EP. Besides, there is a necessity for further studies to examine the EGM and green HRM practices
