Abstract: This research is mainly concerned with intelligence product and decision making to prevent the risks faces the product or to reduce the effect of the risks. The goal of product intelligence is to accelerate the rate of product innovation to make the products and its owners more competitive. Intelligent products are used in broad areas in the life so the product must be more efficient if there are any failures, a problem or an accident happened. The problem here is how the product makes a decision and who is responsible for the decision. There are many classifications of intelligent products introduced. Set of initiatives proposed to improve the security and safety aspect that necessary to improve the reliability of the product. Multi-agent systems are made up of multiple interacting intelligent agents, these agents are useful paradigm to implement intelligent products. RFID has been used throughout the logistics, products and transportation world to help organize the supply chain of companies.
